Graduating from Sydney University with a BSc and postgraduate qualifications, his early career was in teaching at Millfield School before a move into technology field sales. He started his career in recruitment in 1997 with then Sydney based global Sales recruitment firm BTA.
Having worked as a consultant, manager and director for BTA in Australia and the United Kingdom for 10 years and then 3 years with a national multi discipline recruiter, Charles Noyce brings a depth of recruitment, consulting and advisory experience into your business across multiple industries and role profiles.
